Green Flag statement on reported fuel problems

It was reported yesterday (February 28) that some motorists were experiencing mechanical problems that could have been related to contamination of fuel.
Green Flag can confirm that over the past 12 hours it has received a small number of calls from customers requesting assistance for mechanical problems, which may or may not have been caused by fuel issues.
We will continue to monitor the situation and maintain our high level of service to customers who request assistance in the event of a breakdown, regardless of the cause of problem.
